Hello my friends, hope your week is going well so far.
The last week has been a busy one no doubt. I was able to pass my exam for my General while at the Hamfest so that was a good bit of news, however I failed the Extra miserably.
I also was able to finally pick up my GLOCK 23 over the weekend and so far am very pleased. Although I only slipped about 40 rounds through it, they were enough to tell me I like this firearm.
Let’s see, also took another trip to Humbug, followed my a visit the next day to Columbia. Didn’t take many pictures of Columbia, but will later. Those days were spent with the sluice box and pans. Nothing to report on that trip yet with regards to color as I still need to get the material processed. Got a few bits but not done yet.
We also continue to get dirtbags in the neighborhood, so I will be adding additional pictures to that section as well. It seems folks in this neighborhood are tired of the dirtbags, and growing rather vigilant with regards to surveillance of their property. I’ve got some great pictures to share with you of intruders. That being said, with all of the cameras and PC’s around here, it’s time to tie them all in and monitor The Garage a little closer as well.
I’ll of course be doing some additional posts on things, but I more or less wanted to say “Hello” and let you know briefly what’s going on. This week too is a hectic one as my employer will be moving to a different building so needless to say, things are a little chaotic.
